Kimpton Epic Hotel By Ihg - Miami

perfectly clean hotel with good facilities and attentive staff. airy and good sized room, great bed. great to have a rooftop restaurant from the 16th floor.

Such a really nice stay during our 5 nights stay. The breakfast we ordered was excellent with all fries, a great view and yogurt. Loved the king room we had with excellent view.

The services were exceptional, including sensational breakfasts and private parking if needed. My king room was newly renovated and extremely pleasant. Its location was amazing, in a strip club, and in a very very nice area.

Everyone was so polite and helpful. I'm a Kimpton hotel member. I have never been disappointed by any of there hotels. I'm now considering having my wedding and honeymoon there in Miami at the Epic. I really love this hotel!!

The units are silent, stylish with a charming balcony and an extremely large bathroom, for instance.

Good value, great staff and service, had a nice room with a lovely view of the harbour, looking at the yatchts coming in and out, this was a great stay!

They had wine hour every day at the SPA/swimming pool department. Nice gesture. Very good service - on the edge at all times! Rooms where not ready on arrival and after waiting 30 minutes over the limit for check-in they upgraded to Junior suites. Only draw-back was that the outdoor swimming pool on the 16th floor was subject to strong wind - much stronger up here than at ground level unfortunately.

Get better cover from the wind at the 16th floor.

The amenities were excellent, especially the

Complimentary wine hour that offered a good way to unwind after a long day. While the room's decor was lovely, I found the noise levels from the street to be a bit disruptive during the night.

Valet service for my car was a disaster at times, when I needed my car I was unable to get it due to the fact that a situation happened at one of epic's Nightclubs & they had to shut down all valet "totally disgusted by this situation, not the way this situation should be handled, so they need to figure it out, or I will never come back!!!!!!!!"

when i did not answer the door ring (i did not ask for anything), the service people opened the door, and this happened twice and once at 2AM!!! the door was locked, it was really a shock in such a hotel. why does someone open your room when in locked\privacy mode at 2 am and you have never asked for something?? i really felt unsafe in such a hotel.

Totally recommend for resting at all

Comfortable room, pleasant view, with a spacious bathroom with a unique window design overlooking the bedroom. The location is conveniently close to Bayfront Park and provides excellent amenities such as a rooftop pool and a 24-hour reception.

They are overpriced.

Keys to the room work only 24 hours and need to be activeted. This cause a problem at elvator and room access for second day.

Nice gym/spa area. Great restaurants with a fun vibe.

Not enough lounges at the pool for everyone to be fairly accommodated. The "best" rooms on the 30th floor where we stayed were not nearly as luxurious as many other hotels we have stayed at.

A Nice Stay with Lovely Views!

The Essential King Room with Water View exceeded my expectations. Waking up to the fine sunrise was the highlight. I enjoyed delicious pastries from the coffee shop while relaxing on the balcony. A must-try is the rooftop bar for amazing views and great cocktails.
